You can modify your existing online Business or Personal Account profile by filling out the appropriate PDF form below and submitting a signed copy to NCB.
The following account modifications can be made through this form:
- Add accounts to your online profile.
- Delete accounts that you do not want to appear on your online profile.
- Activate Online Bill Payment for easy payment of bills from your checking account. (Savings, Money Market and Loan accounts may not be designated.)
- Close your Online Bill Payment account.
Once NCB receives your signed paperwork, the updates will usually be made within one business day. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Simply call the Bank at 202-546-8000 and ask for the Online Banking department, or send an email to email@example.com.
